Now, we've decided that we don't want this membership since we can't use it as told nor can we keep it for certain family personal reasons. We were told that we can't just cancel. We have to pay the entire contracted amount. Then we still can't just cancel, we have to get a packet from them to sell it. What the hell?
Had a bad experience with one of the patrons, not the resort's fault. Gave us a free night when we extended the stay one day. Pretty location and good facilities.
We were very specific about what we were looking for. They had (at least they made it seem as such) what we were looking for but they left out a lot of details that made what we wanted impossible. And now they want more money to continue a service which was told was part of our deal for life. And in using other properties they failed to mention the limitations on the properties - such as only being able to book at your home park for holidays. That's great if you only want to go to the one park for every holiday vacation you get. Somehow, this tidbit of information was failed to mention.
This was our first time at this park and stayed three weeks. We really enjoyed the place. Thank you Tres Rios staff for making this enjoyable. I don’t have small children but if my grands come with me, the kids playground updates are great. Doing little things like adding the porch on the bathrooms mean so much to members. Great job. I only have one suggestion, that is to add a light on the dog pen for those of us with nightly dog runs. It’s kinda dark to find the poop lol. And my Bella does poop ha! Can’t wait to be back in november. Love love the dog park here. If you can send pictures of it to Abita we would love a fenced in area like that there. Great job to all of you!

I understand fully about honoring a contract, and I'm just happy to take the loss but then not be able to get out after I've paid my obligation, something is not right with this.
DO NOT *** DO NOT sign up for a membership with this company on the fly or feel pressured to do anything on the spot. Do your homework and look at the reviews online from this resort and the other resort properties they are a part of. The sales people are liars and grossly mislead people. Don't fall for the today or nothing sign up.
Great campground. Escort to campsite was not too friendly. Front desk check in was easy, but we were told all about an employee problem.
Whenever we go to tres we have a lot of fun. We love to camp here!! We love our membership as well, the folks are good to us!!! The place is clean and Renee is always making improvements. It is a very well run park!! Many activities for the children!!! Love love love the Tres Rios has talent show! Crazy Bill and Chicken Man David are helpful great group of people!!!
