My sons, ages 2 and 4, loved it and keep asking when we’re going back to the “dinosaur place”.
Lots of dinosaurs behind ropes for you to look at. Museum is quick with some dinos in motion at the end. Pretty cool playground for the kids to play on if you are waiting for the fossil dig. Prices for everything are about what you would expect for a family outing designed for only kids in mind. It felt like the staff was there only for the paycheck. Definitely something to see once. Good info on each dinosaur displayed throughout the park.
This is a great place. For growth up people and kids. It's a great place. Love it can't wait to go back
Totally worth the 45 minute detour from out trip! My son had a great time at lucky strike. He was able to sift through rocks and find gems. Dino dig, and walking tour to find many types of dinos
Basically, it’s just plastic statues along a walking path, a fish pond where you feed koi, a playground, and a gift shop. But the boys absolutely loved every moment.
Nice place to bring the kids for a couple hours. We really enjoyed sluicing for gems (additional cost) and helping our 5 yo dig for fossils. They get to keep 3 to take home and it's included in the price of their admission. Walking the trail to see all the different kinds of dinosaurs was very interesting and you didn't know what might be lurking around the next corner. The indoor museum has some neat exhibits and we learned quite a bit. My only complaint would be that there are no 'snacks' at all. They do have a couple vending machines for soda's but absolutely zero snacks so make sure to bring your own.
