I figured out how to reset it and had to do it about every hour. The front desk told me that when I check out my room will be discounted for my inconvenience.
Came out to eat breakfast this morning. No eggs left. Mind you it was 605am, brkfst starts 6am. Front desk attendant running between front desk and cooking. Work starts 6am. Already behind. Waited 10 min. Had to skip breakfast, no time to wait longer. Sad. Lots of bacon, no eggs. Booked last room, full hotel. Prepare better? Low water pressure in shower, 2nd floor shower. Choose this hotel at 40$ over another hotel so we could have a good breakfest.
My a/c went out in the middle of the night, called the front desk and very promptly came to "reset" it... it worked for about another hour and turned off again. Called down again and he offered me a different room, (I had 3 sleeping kids) so switching rooms wasn't really any option.
Went for Family weekend to visit Fossil Rim and Dinosaur Valley (10/7). Nice clean rooms, great staff. Breakfast was great, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, yogurt, etc. Plenty of food. Hotel was clean with friendly staff. Wonderful wildlife decor which fits in nicely with what is available to do in the area. Highly recommend.

DO NOT book this hotel with points! After spending over 20,000 rewards points on a baby moon for my wife and I, we returned home to a $219 dollar charge on our credit card. After calling management to have them fix their simple mistake, they then refused to remove the charge from our room! These people are thieves. Not only did they take our rewards points, they then charged us, and refused to remove the charge from our credit card. I have now spent hours with our credit card provider trying to get a charge removed for what was suppose to be a relaxing, stress free trip...
We stayed here to visit the state park and wildlife park. The hotel is relatively new and had a clean and kept up appearance. We got lucky and they placed us in a handicap room, so it was bigger than most and there was plenty of room to spread out. My only complaint about the room is three fold, there were water rings on one of the counters, the bed was hard as a rock and the air to the room was off when we got there, so it was like a sauna and we had to wait for it to cool off. We didn't explore much beyond the room and included breakfast, we were there for less than 12 hours. The breakfast wasn't that great, if I were to go back I would try my luck with a local cafe.
Checking out $15 was the discount.
