Love this place. The office is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, super knowledgeable, and seems to work well together. (Lisa was the BEST!) I recommend this place to all my friends and family. :-)
I would highly recommend Polished Family Dental to all my friends and family. The staff are super sweet and always making sure you have a A+ experience. The dentist always comes in and makes sure I get the best treatment and explains everything to me to where I understand what's wrong and not wrong.
Their staff is AMAZING, I had not got my teeth cleaned/looked at in 12 years (yes I know gross!) I was so nervous going in but everyone made me feel so comfortable and GUESS WHAT?!?!?! I had not one cavity! I left feeling like I had a new set of teeth put in!
As always, service was timely, professional and very thorough. Never do I have apprehensions going to this dental facility. Staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. The dental service is the best!!
Dr. Freeman and staff were pleasant and professional for my cleaning and crown work. There was no pain with the shot or crown work, or cleaning. The office responded quickly in scheduling an appointment to replace my crown that came off (after 15+ years). Glad they work with my insurance too. Living in Glen Rose area, I like having a local dentist. Thanks much.
